Town Planning Group is a specialist land and development consulting firm with principal offices in Queenstown and Christchurch. Established in 2006 by company director Brett Giddens, he is supported by senior planning consultants Daniel Thorne, Anita Collie and Kate McKenzie with office support from Paula Jepsen.

Our in-depth knowledge of New Zealand planning legislation and commercial awareness of all facets of the development process enables us to provide educated, credible advice to our clients. Our assistance can range from pre-application evaluations, preparation of the resource consent application, assessments of effects, consultation, expert planning evidence at council hearings and the Environment Court.
