For the book enthusiasts young and old, there is a wonderful variety of Matariki events running across the Christchurch Libraries through July, including activity zones & storytimes. Turanga in the central city is open on the Matariki public holiday on 14 July, from 10am to 5pm. Foundation cafe is open 8.30-4pm so you can grab your caffeine fix.
