Twenty Seven Steps is run by Emma and Paul, who used to own The Little Bistro in Akaroa.
With fresh, locally sourced ingredients and superb local wines, the European-rustic menu changes with the seasons. Right now you can enjoy duck liver parfait, venison tender loin, and baked chocolate ganache - just some of the delights on this season's choice.
Located in New Regent Street around the corner from the Isaac Theatre Royal, we offer a new pre-theatre menu with a choice of 2 or 3 courses. Or you can enjoy a pre show nibble or post show cocktail by candelight - in the restaurant or the new little bar on the ground floor.
Simple, well cooked classics in a romantic atmosphere sympathetic to the heritage building and street below.....
