Taking Shape is a global leader in plus-size clothing with stores in Australia and New Zealand. For over 30 years, Taking Shape has been a cornerstone brand for curvy women, specialising in fashion forward designer collections in sizes 12 – 24.
The Taking Shape philosophy is to keep our customers at the heart of everything we do. From personalised style sessions and Girls Night Out events to fashion designs that reflect the quirkiness, personality and verve for life that is the Taking Shape woman.
We recognise that even customers of the same size have quite distinct body shapes, so suit different styles – or styling – of the same garment. Our fashion stylists are trained to identify body shapes and assist you in highlighting your best features and minimising others. Their goal is simple; to help customers fall in love with themselves and the clothes; having a curvy figure doesn’t exclude you from fashionable fun.
