For something a little more relaxed to soothe the body and mind, why not grab a sauna at the IHF Health Club. Located upstairs at The Crossing, this contemporary, stylish gym offers day passes where you can enjoy all of the great facilities including saunas and plunge pools.

Luxurious, refreshing and contemporary, we’ve redesigned the health and fitness industry with the best of everything - weights, coaching, cardio, classes, plunge pools, saunas and a members lounge, all located at The Crossing. With a floor space of over 1200 square metres and a no expenses spared fit out, we’ve made it easier and more enjoyable for you to achieve your goals.

Whether you get your release with an intense exercise routine or a calming meditation session, there are plenty of options to choose from. Our space is bright and clean, refreshing and contemporary. It’s important, because you deserve the best. It’s the little extras that will make your day - complimentary snacks and beverages, towels and toiletries.

All members enjoy 24/7 access to all club facilities, including the gym, group fitness and yoga classes, saunas, plunge pools and complimentary snacks and beverages, towels and toiletries. There’s also free parking and no joining fee.
