From dumplings, bao buns, to noodles, Mum’s got it down to a fine art - a science of love, temperature, patience and persistence. Located at Little High Eatery, Eightgrains aims to bring Christchurch foodies handmade dumplings, bao and noodles with influences from Taiwan, Sichuan and Shanghai.
