Chill - Explore With Us

Created in the alpine village of Castle Hill and now world famous in NZ, Chill has been hooking skiers and snowboarders up with the best terrain and snow experience in New Zealand since 1997.

Chill Alpine.

In 2019 we are celebrating 22 seasons of the Chill Pass. The pass now gives skiers and snowboarders access to 12 ski areas across the South Island in the Waitaki, Mackenzie, Canterbury, Kaikoura and Nelson Lakes Districts. As well as the Chill Pass we offer guided tours to equip people with knowledge to travel safely in the backcountry as well as the Craigieburn Haute Route, an epic multi-day journey across the Craigieburn Range. At Chill HQ in Christchurch there is a shop where you can pick up essential items for using the classic New Zealand Rope Tows, spending a few nights in the mountain lodges or heading outside the ski area boundaries. We also have gear available for hire.

Chill Urban.

Chill Urban operate guided tours around Christchurch for visitors to explore the city as it grows and changes. We love to share our bikes and our knowledge with others visiting and wishing to explore Christchurch on two wheels. There is so much to see and explore, and our tours are a favourite for people who love to get about on a bike. Our bike tours start from two hours with a local guide and up to eight guests on new urban classic bikes. Walking tours are also available. Private tours can be arranged and tailored to suit, from two to eight people, taking in selected gourmet food locations, heritage sites, street art or other special interests. Bikes are also still available to hire.
