Author Talk
‘The Back Fix’ by Antony Bush
Join Scorpio Books and local author Antony Bush and specialist Spinal and Orthopaedic Surgeon Kris Dalzell to discuss 'The Back Fix', a comprehensive and research-based self-help book for back pain.
Antony Bush has treated Olympic gold medalist rowers, alpine skiers, members of the All Blacks, ITU World Championship Triathletes, and World Champion curlers- but he is just as happy helping keen weekend warriors and members of the general public.
He also has a special interest in corporate health and wellness and is passionate about getting people away from their smartphones and computer screens and moving about in our great outdoors. In 'The Back Fix', Antony advocates for using movement and mindfulness as a way back to enjoying a pain-free and self-empowered life.
